Kyle Gilder is a master’s student in the department of entomology at Texas A&M, College Station. Co-advised by Dr. Kevin Heinz and Dr. Mengmeng Gu, he is part of the multi-disciplinary multi-state Specialty Crop Research Initiative project ‘Systematic Strategies to Manage Crapemyrtle Bark Scale, An Emerging Exotic Pest’ [grant no. 2017-51181-26831/project accession no. 1013059]. Specifically, he is working on objective 1-2, conservation biological control; studying natural enemies of crapemyrtle bark scale present in the environment. kyle.gilder@tamu.edu
